Winter Clothing Drive
We are in need of gently used and new warm winter clothing for both children and adults. Sweaters, hats, mittens, hoodies, jackets, jeans, shoes, boots, snow pants...whatever that would help a needy child or family would be greatly appreciated.
Bins will be set up in the foyer Tuesday morning after the Remembrance Day weekend.
Halloween for Hunger Update
Our week-long Halloween for Hunger food drive was a great success. With the help of the Rosemary Heights community, over 800 non-perishable food items were collected. The weight of the donations totalled over 600 pounds, which will help feed over 15,000 low-income families in Surrey. It was also one of the goals set by the T.E.A.M. managers to support our We Action School mandates by supporting our local community. All food donations have been sent to the Surrey Food Bank and will make an impact in the lives of the less fortunate.Thank you for supporting Rosemary Heights' Halloween for Hunger food drive! - by Jennifer M. and Shannon M.
Parking Reminder & New Parking Regulations
Please be reminded that parking is not allowed by the sidewalk outside of the classrooms at the front of the school – this is for drop-off purposes only as well as for emergency vehicles and school buses.
Please remember to use our parking lot if you are coming into the school during school hours or picking your child up at the end of the day so that our driveway is kept clear and safe for our students.
New parking regulations also came into effect this week. There is no stopping in the cul-de-sac on 36th Ave. east of the school, nor along the north side of 36th Ave. east of 155 St. from 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.
