Autumn is in the air, and Oktoberfest is around the corner...

Saturday, October 22, 2011 - Save the Date!

On Saturday, October 22, Rosemary Heights Elementary will be hosting our third annual Fall Social fundraiser. This year’s “Oktoberfest” theme promises a lot of fun and a great evening out forall parents and staff.

This year’s Oktoberfest will be held at Belle’s Restaurant, located in Elgin Corners at 14007 32nd Avenue in South Surrey. Doors open at 7 p.m. Your ticket includes Bavarian-inspired appetizers served throughout the evening, 1 drink ticket (wine, beer or martini special) and your door prize ticket. All proceeds from this event’s silent auction, raffles, door prizes and ticket sales will benefit our school by raising much needed funds for our second playground.

Tickets are ON SALE NOW and limited to 130 so it is important to put in your order forms ASAP. The easiest way to purchase tickets is to fill out the order form and return it to your child’s classroom by Friday, October 14th. Please make all cheques payable to ROSEMARY HEIGHTS ELEMENTARY PAC.

We will also be selling tickets later in the week in the school foyer. Please check the PAC News board in the foyer or our website homepagefor details.
