Playground Pledge form

Help build a new playground! Anyone can donate any amount. Tax slips are issued for donations $20 and up, and donations of $500 and more receive special recognition on a permanent plaque.

 

Email address update form

Please use this form to keep your email address current with the school. By providing your email address, you can opt to receive ongoing communications from the school (e.g. school newsletters and annoucements). Completed forms can be returned to the front office.

 

Driver volunteer form

If you plan to help with driving to field trips and other events, please complete this form and return it to the front office. A new form has to be completed every year.

B.C. School Fruit and Vegetable Nutritional Program

Rosemary Heights Elementary is involved in a province-wide healthy living initiative. In this program, students will receive picked, washed, and ready to enjoy produce for 13 weeks at no charge. Please return this "reverse consent form" only if you do NOT wish your child to participate.
